Welcome to my website. My name is Cheri Eby and I am very pleased to be able to offer the Red Lodge Horse Boarding facility and provide the best of care for your horse. I have been horse crazy all my life beginning in a riding group when I was 14-17 traveling throughout Wyoming performing riding patterns. I competed in gymkahanas for many years and then went on to compete in barrel racing.
I was involved in Cheyenne Frontier Days, largest outdoor PRCA Rodeo for several years. In 1978 was selected as one of the "Dandies of Frontier Days" and traveled with the Royalty for the Rodeo with our horses attending PRCA Rodeos throughout Wyoming, Utah and Colorado promoting the Frontier Days event.
From the Frontier Royalty experience I then was selected as Queen of the PRCA Rodeo held at Evanston, Wyoming in 1981. After my rein was over I was on the Rodeo Association for several years.
In 1998 I moved to Oregon and enjoyed my time riding in the beautiful forests that surround Central Oregon. For two years I boarded horses on my Central Oregon acreage and now I am able to continue boarding here in Montana being surrounded by my passion - horses!
I am well trained in the medical field which I have learned also helps me with the care of my animals, whether it be a cow, calf, dogs or horses. My husband, Thomas, works for the State of Montana Highway Department. His love of animals is his growing herd of cows. He is also very good in helping to keep our facility very clean.
I look forward to having the opportunity to be of service to the 'horse lovers' of Red Lodge.
